I fasted last year on the Big Island, Hawaii at a yoga retreat. I lost weight and I felt like a million bucks…..then I came back to NYC. Slowly the weight crept back and the bad habits…discipline and enviroment is the key, I think.

The article that I liked most was the one about the cleansing. It is such a logical concept that once you stop introducing processed food into your system, and all of the energy needed for digestion can be focused instead on ‘cleaning house’, that you reap such great health benefits. Trying this cleanse would be great!

Take me to the finish line please. I tried the steps to cleaning as offered by your Sept./Oct 2009 issue. What a great article. I was motivated to actually do the cleansing. The article said by the third day the hunger pains would be gone, but I have to say I cheated and had an organic 99cents fruit cookie with coffee. Ugh. So,I will try again this next seven days. For me, I have to actually have the BluePrint Cleanse right in front of my hands for I tend to be way too sceptical since I keep purchasing all these product like green energy drinks that cost about $28 for eight pks. and end up only going half-way. The last two years left me so depleted by trying to help out in New Orleans with the Katrina recovery. Everything went wrong for me from day one, but the people were really nice. When I returned to my hometown, I began buying all these books on spiritual cleaning as well as physical cleaning. So far, after almost two years of trying researching nutritional ideas, etc. I am only half-way there, and so the only cleanse left for me is: (Drum roll),you guessed it The BluePrintCleanse. If I win, I know this will finally take me to the finish line.
